This conductor telephone was mainly used by the Polish railways. It was manufactured by RWT, Radomska Wytwórnia Telekomunikacyjna.
The design is clearly inspired by the Ericsson type 1931, which is no coincidence as RWT was founded by Ericsson before WW2.
The number 59 stands for the year 1959 and MB stands for miejscowa bateria, local battery. The Phone once had a battey pack and an external ringer.
